Can people counters go outdoors?
Yes. We have indoor and outdoor options. Outdoor counters are successfully installed in marinas, streets, bridges, tunnels and more throughout the world and are secure from vandals and the weather.
Who installs the people counter?
The people counter requires expertise to install and configure. We can happily do both for you.
Are counters 'safe' for people to walk under?
Yes. Our counters are certified compliant with standards to meet safety tests passed globally, for all locations. Our counters use an infra-red camera that measures heat only.
What brand people counters do you use?
We are a partner and distributer of Irisys counters. Irisys has manufactured counters since 1996.
What is the warranty on the counters?
Our counters come with a standard Australian 12 month warranty. Counter has an estimated “life before failure” of 25 years.
Will my visitors have WiFI / phone tracked?

What is the 'reach' of the people counters?
Counters have a square Field of View that is about as wide as the counter is high. For example, a counter mouted 3 m high will have a field of view of about 3m x 3m. All people are counted by passing over an invisible ‘trip-line’ that’s within the field of view. Therefore: people must be within a few metres (and passing below it) of a counter to be counted.
